14 days to change your mind, with no condition
Your fourteen-day right of withdrawal stays intact even after you have downloaded, installed, activated and used the software. One email is enough, no reason needed, full refund. The detail is in the terms of sale and the model form is on the withdrawal page.
What you are buying, stated plainly
- It is not an antivirus, and it never opens, scans or moves your files.
