Privacy-first by design

AFKSecurity strictly respects user privacy.

The protection agent does not collect, store, share, or transmit personal data.

1. Data collected

AFKSecurity does not collect any of the following:

• name, email, address, identifiers
• personal files (documents, photos, videos)
• browsing history
• geolocation or biometric data

2. Technical data processed locally

The software may analyze locally (without transmission):

• executable signatures (hash, entropy, technical metadata)
• abnormal behaviors (file creation/modification/access)
• suspicious system operations
• YARA rules and local AI models

No user data is uploaded.

3. Outbound connections

AFKSecurity may connect only to:

• check for updates
• download essential data updates (rules/models/lists)

These communications do not contain personal user data.

4. Quarantine

• Quarantined files remain on the user’s device.
• They are never uploaded to the publisher.

5. Cookies / website logs

Note: like most websites, the hosting provider may retain technical logs (e.g., IP address, user-agent, timestamp) for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention. These logs are not used for advertising.

6. Security

Updates and payloads can be integrity-checked (e.g., SHA-256) to help ensure authenticity.
